How does School Text Tips work?
With the School Text Tips system, each school receives a specialized local number that students can text message in and report any bullying, intimidation, harassment, cyber bullying, drugs, weapons, or anything they feel could be a threat to themselves, other students/staff, or the school itself.
Messages received are immediately pushed to a designated school official(s) via phone email and text message. All tipsters are assigned a person # ID i.e.( Person 142), for easy referencing, and all messages are recorded permanently and only accessible to your school or whom you designate. No big brother second guessing your decisions.
If in the event you see a tip that you want the phone number identity of the sender (for instance, a suicide tip, bomb threat, etc.), We will provide that number to you without the need for any red tape or unnecessary delays.
Because of the truly anonymous nature of our “no strings attached” approach, students are more likely to provide quick and accurate information when it matters most; allowing for faculty and even police to intervene accordingly.

The School Text Tips system has always had a artificial intelligence feature that can be activated to actively analyze every tip, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Each tip will then be read and analyzed in real-time for nature and content, using algorithms to look for emergency “key words” such as bomb, kill, shoot, blow up, suicide, drugs, etc. and appropriately dispatched to the pre-designated school official. Similar to a police dispatch, tips can be grouped as emergency or non-emergency and sent to the pre-designated officials.
In the case of an emergency tip, school officials and local law enforcement, will be immediately contacted for quick action via cell phone and email.
